Yes, we’re pet-friendly. For safety, please secure pets that are anxious or likely to escape. Let us know about crates, rooms to avoid, or any sensitivities to vacuums or fragrances.

It’s helpful to tidy up and declutter the area to be cleaned, allowing the cleaners to focus on deep cleaning tasks effectively. However, reputable companies will handle most cleaning tasks, so it’s not mandatory.

It’s best to schedule at least a few days in advance, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute appointments may not always be available.

Customized Cleaning offers both recurring services and one-time cleaning options. It depends on your preferences and needs.

The duration depends on the size of the space and the level of cleaning needed. Both types of cleaning can take a few hours or more; depending upon the size of the space needed cleaning and how many resources we can allocate to the cleaning.

No, we supply all supplies and cleaning chemicals.  Although if you, as the client, prefer us to use your equipment and/or your cleaning chemicals we shall do as you wish. 

The cost of residential cleaning varies based on factors like the size of the home, the level of cleaning required, and the frequency of service. We offer free quotes upon inspection.

In 95% of cases – our recurring cleaning schedule is based on a Monday -Friday schedule.  However on large Deep Cleaning projects we might need to do some work on weekends.

Yes, we carry $1M of liability insurance to protect our clients’ property or cover any accidents while we are on site.  All employees are background-checked and fully bonded to protect both their employees and the customers.

Customized Cleaning LLC officers commercial offices and retail stores. We offer services such as floor cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and high-dusting.

No, you do not need to be home when we clean. We will work with you to find a time that is convenient for you.
