At Customized Cleaning LLC, every visit is protected. We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance and all employees are 100% bonded. This page explains what’s covered, how to report an issue, and how we resolve it—clearly and quickly.

What’s covered

  • Property damage caused by our work during a scheduled service
  • Accidental breakage of household items
  • Limited coverage for minor surface scratches or marks caused during normal cleaning

What’s not covered

  • Pre‑existing damage or wear and tear
  • Items not secured or installed according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Valuables not disclosed or not stored safely (e.g., cash, jewelry left in open areas)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our standards

  • Insurance: $1,000,000 liability coverage
  • Bonding: 100% of employees are bonded
  • Background checks: All employees are background‑checked prior to field work
  • Training: Team members receive ongoing training in in‑home safety and care

How to report an issue (3 steps)

  1. Report within 48 hours: Email photos and a short description to [email protected] or call (847) 450‑9132.
  2. Review: We assess details the same business day (or next morning for evening submissions) and may request additional info.
  3. Resolution: We propose a solution within 2 business days (repair, replacement, or reimbursement per policy and insurer guidance).

Response times

  • Acknowledgement: Same business day (Mon–Sun, 6:00 AM–8:30 PM CT)
  • Resolution plan: Within 2 business days after full details are received

Service area We serve Crystal Lake and nearby communities including Lakewood, Woodstock, Bull Valley, Wonder Lake, Island Lake, Fox River Grove, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Barrington, Barrington Hills, and Cary.

Proof of coverage Proof of insurance and bonding is available upon request for residential and commercial clients. Contact us for a current COI (certificate of insurance).
